To us its not Christmas without really good coffee; enjoying times with friends and family with a great cup in hand. We strive to bring the feelings, memories and tastes of the holidays into our annual Christmas Blend. We seek out beans that bring specific flavors to the table, then create a blend that highlights those flavors. We start with a little Ethiopian for brightness and fruity flavors, add a Sumatra for earthiness and spice with a hint of smoke, and a bold Honduran for a smooth chocolatey flavor. When these all come together you get a well rounded first sip that brings to mind the smells and flavors of Christmas past.
